This is it!

Hey everyone! Are you ready to do some insanely awesome plays? Assuming our properties will now be open to the public, it's time to build in Avant Gardens! I'll choose a Block Yard for the show based on the coolest name and description I see. Then, we'll have our first meeting. We'll discuss the play a little, and suggest emotes, but do the majority of it here. I'll try to add a few things here soon. See ya in the Universe!

  1. OK, CapnMike! I suggest that you post your Lego.com name somewhere here as well. Nice website! I have not been on LU lately, so I lack knowledge of developments on the set. Well, see you soon!

  2. Thanks, Patch. I kinda threw it together in a day or two. But anyways, hopefully I'll see you soon in LU!

Hey there! Nice to see that you got a blog up for this place! Anyway, to business. If we do have to pay to keep Beta I'm going to have to stop playing, because I can't convince my parents to pay for anything, and I can't pay for it. AND, there has almost certainly been a wipe, so no more awesome fort. :( Oh well.

Sorry to be such a downer, but it's true.

  4. Thanks for stopping by Pete! I actually heard that the pay-to-play is optional, or at least that's what they said on the Message Boards. Unfortunately, properties are still closed, so who knows when we can practice. I'll drop you a message next time I'm on. Thanks again!

OK. Whew. That's a relief. As is there being no wipe. Bummer about the properties though, I still work on mine.

Did I ever tell you that a mod changed my property once? I had a Pirate Wall with stairs attached, and in between the patches it was changed to a very long ramp, so a mod came in and changed the layout. Bothersome, especially because yours truly had to fix it himself. :S (let's see if that smiley works)

  6. I've been working in mine too. And I had a pirate wall w/ stairs as well, and it turned into a ramp. The time it is taking to open properties is getting very tiresome, and hardly any new content is being added.
    P.S. I guess the emote doesn't work. :P

  7. I really hope the properties open soon. Did I mention that the mod who came in didn't bother to approve the stupid property!? Good grief.

  8. Okay, CapnMike, as far as properties go, I have once again started working on the theater; for the moment it will include ONLY models. Later I will add more content, but for now, it is in Gnarled Forest.

  9. I have almost my entire Beta package left with my one minifig, 14 red gems. I can give you a few to spend on models or bricks and stuff if you'd like Patch.

  10. I think they probably had a few different designs for certain models, and maybe they just tried out the ramp instead of steps Pete. I personally thought the stair weren't as easy as the new ramp. I doubt mods visited so many properties.

  11. That makes sense. This is off topic, but I REALLY wish I could blend my minifigs. Peter has two of his fifteen red gems left, and all the emotes short of Roar and Boo!. Paul has most of the emotes, including Roar, but is missing Peter's hat collection, and many of Peter's comedic items. I do still have my Superior Tiki Staff on Paul though. I guess what I'm trying to say is, can I use both my minifigs for LU Theatre?

  12. I know what you mean! And of course you can.

  13. Speaking of places for the first performance, I have a Chantey Shanty that I could clear pretty quickly for team usage. Also, we REALLY need to get together soon because at this rate we won't be done before the end of Beta.

  14. Well, this didn't work out very well.
